Tell us a little about why you were looking to make a change regarding the management of your technology estate.
As a small team, we wanted our technology to be simpler, more efficient, and easier to manage. We needed a more proactive team in place to help us stay on top of things and ensure everything ran smoothly without taking up too much of our time or having things unsolved.
What was it that initially led you to consider CyberPrae as a team that could help you or your organisation improve things?
From the start, CyberPrae made a great impression. They took the time to understand our setup, our challenges, and how we like to work. Their friendly, professional approach and clear communication gave us confidence that the migration would be handled smoothly and that we’d get the personal level of service we were looking for.
What were you looking to achieve by changing your technology supplier or by bringing in a managed service provider?
Our main goals were to have a more responsive IT partner, better communication, and a smoother, more dependable support experience. We wanted faster resolutions, and confidence that our systems were being managed properly without us having to chase things.
Do you feel that you have achieved, or are making progress towards these goals now that you are working with CyberPrae?

Communication is definitely what stands out most. The team is easy to reach, quick to respond, and always clear in their explanations. They’ve made IT management simple and stress-free, which is exactly what we needed as a small business.
Is there anything you would like CyberPrae to change, or deliver to you in a different way?
At this stage, no — we’re very happy with how things are going. The transition was seamless, and the ongoing support has been excellent.
Is there anything else you would like us to include or any other comments regarding the service that CyberPrae are providing?
We’ve been really pleased with how smooth the whole process has been and how well CyberPrae communicate with us. After switching providers, it’s been refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares and keeps us informed every step of the way.
