What were you looking to achieve by changing your technology supplier or by brining in a managed service provider?

We were looking to partner with a proactive cyber technology supplier who could improve operational reliability, provide faster and more knowledgeable support, help modernize our set-up, ensure security and compliance, and ultimately help us get better value out of our technology investments as well as providing peace of mind.

Do you feel that you have achieved, or are making progress towards these goals now that you are working with CyberPrae?
