CyberPrae is committed to conducting business ethically and respecting the rights and dignity of everyone involved in delivering our services. We do not tolerate slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitative child labour in our business or supply chain.

As a provider of managed IT, cyber security and governance, risk and compliance services, we recognise that our responsibilities extend to the technology suppliers, distributors, contractors and delivery partners we work with.

We are committed to:

• Fair employment: Using responsible recruitment practices, providing clear employment terms and respecting workers’ rights, including lawful pay and working conditions.

• Responsible purchasing: Taking proportionate steps to assess modern slavery risks when selecting and reviewing suppliers, with additional checks where higher risks are identified.

• Clear supplier expectations: Expecting suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent standards, address concerns and apply these principles within their own supply chains.

• Staff awareness: Helping employees recognise potential exploitation and understand how to report concerns.

• Appropriate action: Responding promptly to credible concerns, prioritising the welfare of affected individuals and working with suppliers, specialist organisations or authorities as appropriate.
   

Anyone with a concern relating to CyberPrae or our supply chain can raise it through our usual contact channels and ask for it to be referred to a director. We will handle reports sensitively and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises an honestly held concern.

 

Our directors oversee this commitment. We will review this policy annually and update our approach as our business, supply chain and relevant requirements change.
